Invite your team members

Turtlewig is more fun when used along with teammates! Sharing with teammates is simple, go to the workspace settings (top right of the workspace dashboard) and use your coworkers email IDs to send them an invite.

Upload/import your files

There are many ways to get your files onto Turtlewig.

Images, videos, pdfs - Simply drag and drop from your desktop onto a section, or use the file uploader, or import from Google Drive or even import from your Canva, all without having to leave the Turtlewig interface!

Fonts - We support searching for all google fonts from within Turtlewig, so you don't need to download them and then upload. You can also upload your custom .ttf, .otf and .woff files and have them rendered perfectly in our system.

Colors - We do something magical when it comes to colors. Whenever you add an image into Turtlewig, we extract the main colors present in them. This allows you to simple choose those colors instead of going back to your editing tool, use the colour extract tool, copy it and then paste here. But if you need to paste or type hex codes, we let you do that too.

Links - You add any link to your section board. Simple give it a name and paste the link.

Share with guests [Optional]

Guest sharing is a way to give access to a part of your project (sections) without exposing all your work, which is the ideal way to share in a collaborative setting with multiple stakeholders. For more on guest sharing - https://turtlewig.tawk.help/article/sharing-with-guests

Get reviews and feedback

You can expand any file on Turtlewig, and find a full-fledged reviews pane to run your feedback process on. Simple tag a teammate and they get a notification. Also leave pin-point annotations or frame accurate comments on videos. Reply to comments to keep everything organized, and resolve a comment thread once the feedback has been acted on. Efficient, yet simple.

Use cases

Some common use cases we support

  • Getting reviews and approvals from clients
  • Handing off project material including fonts and colors to partners and clients
  • Creating a super searchable library of company media content
  • Tracking version changes and how a particular design evolved
  • Publishing a public brand guide
  • Mood-boarding and campaign ideation
